“The deal was announced with a letter sent to the victims’ families, according to the Idaho Statesman and the Goncalves family, who described the announcement as “very unexpected” and said they were “furious at the State of Idaho” in a post on Facebook.
“They have failed us. Please give us some time,” reads the post.
In a statement shared with CNN, the Goncalves family said that they “weren’t even called about the plea; we received an email with a letter attached.”
“After more than two years, this is how it concludes with a secretive deal and a hurried effort to close the case without any input from the victims’ families on the plea’s details,” reads the statement. They said victims’ families had been “treated as opponents from the outset.”
Gray, their attorney, said, “The issue is they are trying to cram the plea for July 2, only giving the families a day to get to Boise.”
The past week has seen the options for Kohberger’s legal defense dwindle. Last week, the judge rejected a bid from Kohberger’s defense to delay the trial and dismissed the defense’s request to propose an “alternate perpetrator” theory. Defense lawyers had hoped to suggest that one of four alternate perpetrators killed the students, but the judge ruled nothing but “rank speculation” linked the proposed alternate perpetrators to the crimes. The judge had also previously barred Kohberger’s defense from entering an official alibi…”
So they did not consult with the victim’s families, and they tried to get the whole thing over with so fast, the families could not even be there as it is concluded.
Note how the judge basically barred Kohberger from presenting any defense. He could not even argue someone else did it.
This conspiracy of the American Stasi has been seeking to infiltrate its people into all positions of power and authority for upwards of 60 years, and judges were a high-priority targeted position.
Were I to enter the legal system today, I would think it more likely than not the judge was a recruited conspiracy member, the prosecutor was a recruited conspiracy member, my defense attorney was a recruited conspiracy member, the court clerk was a recruited conspiracy member, and the entire jury pool summoned by the clerk was made up of conspiracy members. When you deal with an intelligence operation like that which is operating behind the scenes in America, they will be seeking total control over systems like the judiciary.
Once a domestic Secret Police force is established by your intelligence community in your nation, the degree of control they can develop is unimaginable to those outside of intelligence circles. All they need to do is get their members on the state Bar Association, and they can control who is allowed to practice law in the state, who the judges are, and who the prosecutors are. From there, taking the court clerk position, to gain control of who jury summonses are mailed to, is a small matter. Then the only people summoned as jurors in high profile cases like this, will be members of the established civilian informant network. At that point, you have full control of all facets of any court proceeding, and can fully dictate any outcome you like.
This conspiracy has been slowly growing, spreading, and infiltrating since the time of the Kennedy assassination, if not even longer. Over those decades, as it has slowly taken more and more positions of power, and dominated entire fields of occupations, it has only gotten easier to promote its own within those controlled fields. That has allowed it to control who is allowed to work in those fields, and promote only its own into those highest positions of power and authority.
Today, we are seeing the final maturation of a system which has been seizing power covertly for half a century. Between a domestic surveillance network so prolific we can show you it on Google Streetview in the book American Stasi, with embedded agents in every neighborhood and grade school, listening in neighboring houses and building files on everyone, and the infiltration of our government, combined with the blackmail operations like Jeffrey Epstein compromising those who were not controlled assets at the beginning, our nation’s institutions are in the final stages of being rendered fully controlled by the conspiracy, and entirely illegitimate as a result.
My own suspicion is, what happened was this entire murder and frame-up was botched by the individuals who performed it. First, they ran obvious physical surveillance of the targets, which was caught on video the night of the murders, and featured in our book American Stasi. They even performed the surveillance so overtly, that as we showed, one of the girls filed a Police report over being stalked, and a surveillance camera captured a male telling her, “They are going to get you for this Kaylee!”
Second, they left three DNA profiles, under the fingernails of one victim, none of which were identified beyond excluding Kohberger as a possible contributor:

The document shows there was preliminary testing done on the fingernail clippings and a “likelihood ratio” was calculated that according to the defense, proved to be inconclusive….
The revelation likely means that the defense has more in their arsenal with additional DNA finds, said Misty Marris, an attorney who has closely followed the Kohberger case…
“When you see it under the fingernails, the argument is going to be…that there’s a scratch that somebody fought back,” Marris explained….
The defense states they did independent lab testing that excluded Kohberger from the DNA mixture, according to the filing.
Detectives who investigated the Moscow college student homicides found blood at the crime scene from two still-unidentified males, attorneys for the man charged with murder revealed at a recent hearing, hinting to a possible legal defense strategy at trial. An unknown individual’s blood DNA was discovered on a handrail in the off-campus home where the four University of Idaho students were fatally stabbed. Another unknown blood sample was found on a glove that police located just outside the home, Bryan Kohberger’s lead defense attorney told the court late last month…
In those same filings, the defense said, DNA from two additional males was found inside the home, as well as the male DNA found on the glove outside. Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson told the court at a hearing in August 2023 that those DNA samples were not uploaded to try to identify them through the FBI’s national DNA database, known as CODIS, because they were not eligible based on the criteria.
It was not publicly known until last month’s court hearing that at least two of the unknown male DNA samples came from blood. And the type of the third male DNA sample remains unclear, as does if its source has since been identified.
So they may have as many as six DNA profiles at a murder scene, with some in blood, unlike Kohberger’s DNA on the knife sheath, which was said to be invisible “touch-DNA.” But they never ran any of the other samples through CODIS, nor did they even submit them to Ancestry.com or 23AndMe, which would have returned familial matches, if not an exact match, had the killer ever sought information from those companies on their genealogy. Actual unknown male blood at a crime scene, in one case on a glove dropped outside the house accidentally, and they had no curiosity who it came from.
Fourth, and perhaps most puzzling was they failed to plant DNA from the victims in Kohberger’s car, perhaps due to surveillance cameras which would have captured any such interference. But when the murders produced so much blood in the house it ran across the floor and leached out of the house’s exterior walls, and the murders ostensibly involved violent hand to hand fighting with a knife, complete with arterial spatter, the idea the killer would transfer absolutely no DNA into his vehicle on entering it right after the murders would seem unlikely.
All of this adds to the strangeness of a case where one is expected to believe a single male entered a house he had never been in, knowing nothing of the floorplan, filled with six college age individuals, expecting to murder four of them, one by one, with a knife, and none would yell, or alert any of their housemates, nor would he encounter enough coordinated resistance to make the six against one battle unwinnable for him.
Were I about to enter that house to try and murder those kids, I would expect the first victim would scream at the top of her lungs for help, one of the other girls would grab a kitchen knife, the guy would get a baseball bat, and I would be cornered by at least five or six 20-somethings, maybe all with steak knives and bludgeons, having to fight for my life.
Yet we are expected to assume Kohberger went in there, never having seen the inside of the house, methodically murdered four students, one by one, and none made any noise to alert the others to at least flee. And the remaining two students heard sounds of a struggle, one came face to face with Kohberger, but he decided not to engage her and walked right by her, before she retreated to a room, did not call 911, and spent the whole night goofing off with her friend, before falling asleep until calling police at noon the next day.
There is no telling how weird the reality behind this case is. The Conspiracy needed it to go away because it was botched so badly. It is possible late at night in the jail, a Deputy fetched Kohberger from his cell, he was led to a room, and the judge, the prosecutor, his defense attorney, and all of the jurors were waiting, and explained to him, if he continued to fight he would just be given the death penalty.
But if he pled guilty, he could live out his days in prison, or even on an island somewhere with Jeffrey Epstein and a bevy of hot teenaged girls. It is not like a lot of people will be checking in on him in a year. For all I know, Jeffrey Epstein might have been in the room to assuage his concerns, and said, “Take the deal kid, I can vouch it is a good one.”
Or alternately, they have just found a passable double in the ground surveillance network, he will show up in court and accept the plea for Brian, and Brian will be dropped in a hole by the American Secret Police, and never seen again. He will just become one more person, like me, who has come to learn nothing in America works like we were told.
I have no idea how this worked or what is really going on. But I do know, absolutely, something strange happened in Moscow, Idaho, domestic surveillance was hip-deep in the murders, and once the American Secret Police are involved, nothing is necessarily what it seems.
