Chapter Six – Surveillance Detection – The Professional Course Of Real Life Experience – California Dreaming

You have seen surveillance operating overseas. You have seen it outside a more remote Montana town. You have begun to grasp the patterns you see at intersections, and now understand better what you were looking at, when you saw the video of the gangstalkers set up outside the home of the young girl earlier. Now that you have come that far, we will take a trip to Long Beach California, and see if you can begin to spot the surveillance in more populated areas. If I have done my job, you are now ready.

The Google Streetview experience gives you the immersive experience of being able to look around, and experience approaching the intersection, and knowing where you will see people if you are under surveillance, preparing to see them, and then actually seeing them at the exact right moment. In the training of surveillance detection, there is nothing really quite like it.

A quick word on American surveillance procedures. Russian surveillance and Bulgarian surveillance employ a static posted surveillance operative at an intersection to act as a “commit” unit, who calls the direction of travel to the rest of the team after a target makes a decision and turns at the intersection.

Western countries seem not to do this as much in suburban areas (though American cities rely extensively on pedestrian surveillance). In the West, surveillance will far more often have a vehicle hit the intersection at the same time as you.

Perhaps as wealthier nations, there is less foot traffic, and the different procedure is a reflection of trying to blend in with that. Nevertheless it is one difference you will note in most suburban American-Stasi surveillance operations. With time, you will begin to feel the tension when every intersection, even in the middle of nowhere, will have a car pull up to it just as you do, or a pedestrian walking up to it, looking blasé.

Surfing Google, looking for something interesting, I became curious, looking at this large undeveloped piece of real estate right on the water in California:

Although it has since been turned into a park, at the time I found it, I wondered, why had it not been developed? And why was it surrounded by barbed wire, when it was just an empty field? That got me curious. Sometimes interesting places will have surveillance around them.

By the tread in the dirt, somebody has driven a lot from the main gate to the back corner by the bike path, initially driving straight away from the road, as if they want to get deep inside the property before heading to that back corner:

Maybe they were doing something they didn’t want people to see, which is exactly when surveillance will close in. Or maybe surveillance itself was up to something criminal there, and would have overwatch operative around the site.

On a closer look, it did appear likely coverage is in the area, and pretty thick. As we have said, the biggest sign of surveillance, is to be in an area with no traffic, but every time you hit an intersection a commit unit is present.

For this cruise we will use the April 2018 timeline, as that is what I used when I wrote this piece in 2018. If you cruise north along the property line of #40 on 1st street in Google streetview, you will note no traffic on either side of you. The street is empty of cars. For a visual reference, this is a map of the empty street we will drive along, in red:

Here is how empty of traffic the street is, which is good as it means vehicular surveillance will not have much regular traffic to hide within:

Here is the first intersection, and the two pedestrians you will see watching it, to see if the Google car ducks down it:

The next minor intersection, just north of here, features a single surfer dude, sitting on the back of his car, with a boogie board.

Obviously he is totally not surveillance coverage, by the fact he is sitting by the side of the road with a boogie board and his shirt off. And the fact the only two sets of pedestrians you saw on this street were at intersections, pointed at the Google car is purely coincidental. Seriously, why is he sitting there like that, with his board?

Continue north and approach the intersection at 1st and Marina, and you will note no traffic is present at the intersection:

So how was surveillance watching this intersection? There are a couple of potentials if you look closely. Further north, just out of your sight, is a woman pushing a baby carriage, with a backpack (Foot surveillance, which will often be walking for hours at a time in a sector, waiting to get the call to move to a new target, very often uses backpacks to carry surveillance kits (“costume kits” with changes of clothes, even wigs and disguises, cameras, eavesdropping equipment, backup batteries, backup radios, and other tools of the trade, as well as water and food to sustain them through a shift of following targets.).

Advance through the intersection and pass the van she is hiding behind, and you will see her:

I have been followed by new moms with babies. The baby is an excellent cover, because who would see a mom tending to her baby in the carriage, loitering near you, and perceive a threat? It is very difficult for an average person to loiter near somebody without attracting attention, but a new mom just needs to kneel near the baby carriage, and clearly she is not surveillance.

She could be a commit unit, and call your turn. Notice how just as your car approached her (from the north heading south, the way it was filmed), she walked behind the van so you could not get a good look at her face from the front. Could be coincidence, but if she was surveillance, it would not be. She would have been taught to use things like the van as concealment, so the target would not get a good look at her face, and maybe recognize her again if she was used in the future. Not dispositive, but could be consistent with surveillance.

As you cross the intersection, there are two cars driving away from it, equidistant, and a lawn mower, pointed right at you:

It gets a bit tougher to tell who is who as it gets crowded. But clearly you were not alone at this intersection either, even though traffic appeared sparse.

Now we will return to where we began, the southern end of that street which abuts the property of interest. At the southern end of that street, there are two directions you can choose. Either you continue straight into the parking lot for a small beach, or you turn left to continue on the street there:

As you head south toward this intersection/decision point, and begin to continue straight south into the beach parking lot, two vehicles come from the left just as you enter the intersection. The nearest one has an open driver’s side window, used by surveillance to observe and report auditory observations:

Ahead is the parking lot for the beach. Go straight and enter the parking lot, and just as you drive in, a Jeep with an open driver’s window is pulling out down the serpentine road from the lot.

When a target of interest is in an area, I have found surveillance puts cars in each parking lot, and in each neighborhood, I assume so that a final head count of the target vehicle can be made on the target’s entry, by the exiting vehicle. They will repeat that with an entering vehicle at 12 o’clock on your exit, to make sure there no individuals in the car were dropped off and left behind, or picked up, without them knowing.

Again, surveillance detection is a game of probabilities. How many times per day does somebody drive out of that lot? A hundred times? Two hundred times? How long does it take them to drive that exit drive, to exit? Five seconds? Say there are 200 people on that little drive for 1000 seconds, or 16 minutes per day. From 7AM to 10 PM (park hours, displayed at the gate) is fifteen hours, or 900 minutes. What are the chances someone is on that street at any moment when you are, just as you enter? 1 in 56? Now what are the chances you drive on empty streets, but every time you hit an intersection, there is a car or a walker there? Every time, without fail. That is the statistics of surveillance detection.

Again, it can be innocent here one time entering the beach midday, even though it is unlikely. But as you play probabilities, over and over again, you begin to tease out the likelihood. And it is beginning to look to me like the American Stasi was documenting exactly what the Google car did in this area.

I zoomed through the parking lot, and there were no other cars entering or leaving, furthering my impression there is not that much traffic this time of day.

There were a few pedestrians, and a few bicyclists, some of which I would expect, given my experiences, were surveillance. As a general rule, a park is a place where there can be a lot of operational activity from the perspective of surveillance, from sexual activity to drug exchanges, to even espionage dead drops. People who intend to engage in such activity, will tend to go to places unassociated with such activity, as a means of trying to hide it. As a result of the natural human tendency to try and hide illicit activity where it would not be expected to be found, domestic surveillance will often increase its presence in such places, as it searches it out.

It is very much like you feeling the safest place in the world to have a private conversation about some secret which could destroy you, would be in the interior-most room of your house. Meanwhile, at the very same time,. that is the place surveillance has devoted itself to penetrating most aggressively, for precisely the reason it is where your deepest secrets will lay.

There was an RV camper set up with a sightline to the entrance to the park, and drapes lifted at the lower corner of the rear window (highlighted by the yellow arrow), which could have allowed a camera to document those who entered. In 2018, these campers were not as common as they have become as things have headed downhill these last few years, and the conspiracy looks to bankrupt the nation:

It was there in the June of 2017 timeline of photos a year earlier, and that drape is also lifted up there.

In that timeline, the entire time you drive the lot, midday in Southern California, this dude is sitting in his truck with the car door open, never gets in or gets out:

The old tricks are the best tricks, and with surveillance, you will see them, all over, over and over again.

2007 timeline of photos, car door open:

I know, car doors are open all the time in parking lots. It could be innocent. However, you have seen the same technique in both Russia and Bulgaria, and now here, as you are seeing other indices of surveillance activity. Remote areas with no traffic have cars hit intersections as you do. They are exiting locations as you enter, entering locations as you exit, and you have people sitting in cars, not getting out, or closing the door and driving off, and it is happening more than once. You just need to factor in one more little oddity when you are performing your statistical calculations to determine if there might be surveillance here.

And understand the magnitude of what you are concluding, if you begin to think it even possible they have recreated the East German Stasi’s level of embedded domestic surveillance in America. Because suddenly there would be a lot more other nefarious intelligence activity which would be likely to be occurring alongside the surveillance – it would not travel alone.

Because if the Stasi exists in America, then our elections probably are rigged, and whoever has won, left or right, has been installed in the office, without us electing them, by a shadowy intelligence-agency conspiracy which would undoubtedly be telling them what to do.

It might make sense of why all our leaders treat all of us with such contempt lately. It would also mean the entire idea of a representative republic where we control the government, checks and balances, our Constitution, our legal system, probably our courts, even an honest news media, would likely all be fake. We would be living instead in a dictatorship which was taking our money, and unilaterally killing people overseas, without the consent of the citizenry here at home.

It might also explain why everyone is working so hard, augmented by technology which should increase their productivity exponentially, and yet everyone has to work constantly just to maintain food on their plate and a roof over their head, when fifty years ago people married and bought houses at 20 years old, and had large families they easily supported while taking vacations all over the country and buying toys to play with like boats and motorcycles, when all they did was work at a factory.

Lets move on. Go back to the last intersection where you entered this park, and make a turn right, to explore the turn which we just saw two cars come down before entering the beach.

When you exit, you have two cars waiting for you, one of which drives in front of you to lead your vehicle as you make a right turn:

In front of you, taking a cheating command position:

And in back, pointing into the beach parking lot, and looking in your windshield as you exited:

So a pickup came down the street you just traveled down before, and with perfect timing, turned in front of you as you exited. And the SUV that was following it ducked into the parking lot you just left, right behind you, as if replacing the Jeep which had to leave its station when you pulled in, to do a last headcount of your car. And they entered the beach lot exactly as you were exiting.

Again, it appears the street was empty, except when you got to the intersection, and two cars popped up. The lot had no moving cars, except for right when you began to enter. The first intersection was covered, assuming at least one of the cars or pedestrians seen was a commit unit. Two walkers at the start, right at the intersection.

Every intersection has somebody pointed at you right as you reach it. Those are things you look for, because sooner or later you’d expect one of them to not happen.

The fact this idea, of a covert undercover surveillance force, arrayed throughout your towns and neighborhoods, seems strange to you, is because you have been fooled. You were taught to think governments get power, and then the corrupt losers in power take no measures to see to it they will hold onto power. They told you the government is perfectly happy to be blind and totally helpless, and respect your privacy, and just leave itself prone to total replacement at any moment, by a whole new government you selected to serve you.

You believed it. That is how you would do it. It is how I would do it too. But that is not how the psychopathic sharks of our corrupt and power-hungry intelligence agencies would do things. An there may be even more psychopathic sharks above them.

At this point, after a decade going back and forth with this thing, I even use the word “government” loosely, as I do not think the US has a government as we think of it, fluid, and changing, and continually elected by the people to serve the people. I do not think any of the departments, or agencies, is anything more than a show, to make you think there is a government. I think the United States, only has rulers, who run this intel op from the shadows and make sure whoever gets into office is under their control.

As with so much, the changeable aspect of “government” in the US is just an illusion. And as this thing has grown, and the corruption expanded, and the crimes committed grown, and the money pilfered swelled, so too has the surveillance grown, because now they are all in too deep with the criminality.

Now they don’t merely “want” to hold onto power. Now, they cannot possibly afford to lose power, or their crimes might come to light, and they could all end up in front of firing squads. What they have done is complete treason, pure and simple. It is all much different than they told you.

Now we’ll go back to the first major intersection, but start at the bridge heading southeast toward the intersection. We will assume the Google car is under surveillance, given what we have seen.

You will approach the intersection and turn left for continuity of the timeline, so you don’t jump around.

As you approach the intersection, you have two cars in front of you, stopped at a light which turns green just before you approach it. One black hatchback turns right, the other goes straight. Understand, surveillance controls the traffic lights with emergency services overrides, as well. I assume they didn’t think you were going to turn left, so they popped the light green with the standard Emergency Services radio remote light control they carry, before you got too close to them, and they took the two directions they thought were most likely.

There will still be a stationary commit unit at the intersection to call which way you went, but you’ll have to look for it. It could be a guy, on a hot sunny day, in long black pants mowing the lawn with his back to you:

One car went straight to take a “cheating command” position, leading you if you went straight. One car went right, to lead you that way. But instead, you go left. I assume they did not want to send vehicles ahead of you in all three directions, since that might, in surveillance parlance, “spark” you, which can lead to you “smoking” as you notice something is odd, which culminates in the team getting “burned,” when you realize you are under surveillance.

So you do not see anyone in front of you, though there will doubtless be units arrayed in your path. Blocking your rear one way is the car which turned right, blocking you the other is the car which turned left.

Since you are now committed to turning left, the team decides to move one unit behind you up ahead of you, and have one of your rear blocking units take up that car’s position sitting on this intersection.

If you look to the right, as you enter the intersection to turn left, there is a black SUV by the side of the road. He is pointed toward the intersection, likely acting as a redundant stationary commit unit. When you see him he is pointed so when he pulls out he will be following you.

The vehicle has sun damage to the top and hood, probably from long stakeouts in the sun and his windows are cracked open. He flips his headlights on and pulls out to follow you the moment you hit the left turn lane:

Note the hatchback pulling in behind the black SUV, to take up his position, as the black SUV pulls out to follow you:

If you skim back, that is the car in the picture that just turned right as you first approached the intersection at the start of this, because if you look down the street, there is no other car.

He was going to lead you on that street if you turned, until somebody called out that you were hitting the left turn lane, and he popped a quick U-turn before you could see down the street, and parked momentarily, taking up the position of the black SUV, where he will serve as a rear guard for the team following you, while black SUV moves up and joins your follow, racing to get ahead of you on the side street.

The SUV ducks right, and will parallel you, trying to speed ahead of you while out of your sight. He didn’t want to follow you either, because one, his light is red, so all he can do is turn, and two, picking up like that and pulling right behind you might trigger your suspicion. He has already pushed his luck with this timing, At this point, you can begin to conclude they are doing the dance around you, and you are under coverage.

Once you begin to master the mathematical analysis of the probabilities around vehicle behavior at intersections, you will begin to see the surveillance innately. At that point, their behaviors and patterns of movement will begin to stand out to you. I drove this on streetview, looking around, and knew instantly what this was. Soon you will too. But most people are completely blind to this.

Everyone gets this type of coverage for short spurts each year to polish their files. And everyone, every single American, has a file with this thing, maintained by a local archivist who is assigned to know you specifically, like a best friend you have never met. They will live near you, in a house which looks like any other. They may have a regular job, and a wife and kids, and you may have even seen them in the yard once or twice as you drove by them. Meanwhile they have listened in your house, looked at all the internet pages you browsed, examined your Google search terms, and tried to catch you doing things you would not want others to know you are doing. They know your extended family, your preferences, and even your most basic psychological nature – who you are inside.

If at some point, the local leadership in your area decides you are not contained, and could rise suddenly, they may assign to you the more persistent permanent surveillance (and many more Americans have that than you would think, in their area, sometimes just because there is so much surveillance, and it has to be assigned to somebody).

Once you see this surveillance, you will develop a second skill, the recognition of the timing surveillance uses when conducting follows. It will happen naturally, as you begin to constantly notice cars pull out like this one, just as you make a turn. It will happen as you notice people entering buildings just as you exit, people exiting buildings just as you enter, people turning corners to walk by you just as you just exit your car.

The timing is so precise, they will actually have people standing for minutes, just around corners, waiting for control to tell them the very second to move, to be turning the corner just as you exit a door. One such case actually went viral online, where a guy saw a walker, stopped in mid-stride just before a corner, waiting to turn it, just to screw with the head of some target. You can see that here:

https://americanstasi.com/somebody-caught-a-surveillance-walker-on-pause-just-before-their-earpiece-said-go/

You will begin to feel cars driving out of neighborhoods just as you enter, and entering just as you leave. Cars driving past houses as you exit or arrive, and other instances where you either initiate momentum or cease momentum, and one of them is sent by to confirm the change.

You will note again, all of those things happen naturally without surveillance. But they should not happen every time you are in a position for it to happen, or the vast majority of times, with the precise timing surveillance procedures produce.

Eventually, you will combine the ability to notice timed movement with your statistical analysis capability, and you will immediately notice the timed movements and that they defy chance. When they repeat over and over, you will feel the ballet going on around you.

If you continue on this path, you will notice you are not followed. However just as you get out of sight of the black hatchback posted at the side of the road behind you, you will notice that on the side of the road is an old friend from another timeline:

That is our little tomato with the baby carriage, and again, we cannot catch a really clear look at her because she just happens to stay behind a car as we drive by. Again, she does not look over. It is almost like she is ignoring us, with our big camera ball.

At this point in the original piece, we took a moment to again jump timelines at the intersection behind us, and take a look at the first shot we would have seen if we crossed and had gone straight. It is a whole new timeline of photos from another time the Google car was here and crossed the intersection, going straight. Unfortunately, Google has deleted this entire timeline, due to what was caught in the photos, so you will have to accept my word these following pictures, which I saved when I did this piece, were from the April 2018 timeline after crossing the intersection.

Opposite you was a line of three cars going in the opposite direction, waiting at the light at the intersection. The last car had an open driver’s side window, common for surveillance to monitor any sounds of significance that would alert them to interesting things that qualify as operational intelligence:

In the next photo, the driver of the first car in the line is taking covert video of you with his phone, which is being relayed wirelessly to central control.

I have seen this in my own life, while being followed. You can see it in this following news story, of a local affiliate news reporter who got busted doing exactly that to a civilian, while possibly being a part of harassment surveillance of him. While pointing his camera out the car window, at where the civilian was about to walk, the reporter mumbled, without moving his lips, “You’ll see him now.”

That was a message to the central control, which was looking through his camera, and listening in to his microphone. You can see the video of it here, and the news story is here.

Listen to the first second, where you can hear the reporter say, “You’ll see him now…”

Here in our Streetview tour, this kid is allowing control to watch the Google car in real time, as it passes:

Here is the full image, which would not be as obvious as you passed:

This is a common technique you will see the people around you performing regularly when you are under overt, hostile, harassment surveillance. Here are photos of Capitol protestor and according to some, alleged federal domestic intelligence asset Ray Epps using his cell phone near a conservative influencer at a protest:

In this next photo, his phone is pointing directly at the influencer, as he holds it as if not using it. In the video of this here, you will notice how quickly he turns away and hides his phone when noticed:

Conservative activist James O’Keefe captured a member of his surveillance detail performing the same trick. An associate of James videoed the phone, filming James. Yes, James O’Keefe is a private American citizen, engaged in political activity, and he is undoubtedly buried under surveillance. Whatever you may think of him, that should not be the case in America:

James subsequently chased down and confronted the surveillance operator, seen below with James in the background giving chase:

It is a common technique which I have seen so often in my own life, I could not tell you how many hundreds of times I have seen it. Here, the surveillance camera in front of my house captures a passing car, whose passenger is holding a smartphone to film my house as he passes:

Returning to our drive through Seal Beach, given the paucity of traffic, I suspect the car tailing you at a distance is one as well. Unfortunately, Google has deleted this entire timeline of photos so there will be no addresses to visit, but this vehicle was following far behind you when you crossed the intersection and the kid in the SUV pointed his camera at you:

Notice the one headlight out. Part of the package of modifications FBI has done to all of its surveillance vehicles is to run the wires powering both headlights to individual switches under the dashboard. This allows surveillance operators to do everything from communicating with other surveillance units by flashing one headlight or the other in prearranged signals, to killing one headlight to change the appearance of a vehicle (called its “silhouette”). If you later in the day saw a truck like this with both headlights on, you would assume it’s a different truck, and not suspect it is the same truck you saw earlier, following you.

Notice the truck is a white pickup with a bedcover that rises just a little bit above the front cab. Also notice, the field next to you is empty:

Now the interesting part. Have you see that truck before? This truck, with the raised bed cover, had opened the locked gate to that field:

One inside the fence, he set up a stationary position, so he could watch you as you drove the perimeter of it, probably with a camera with a telephoto lens. As you drove that street with no traffic at the beginning of this chapter, he was watching you all along the way:

It would imply surveillance was linked to that property, to the point it would have access to it through the locked gate.

One final note – notice the incongruity in the covert surveillance you saw – namely that you saw it. This isn’t law enforcement, or even intelligence. You will not see FBI surveillance holding a phone up, filming you blatantly as you drive by them at an intersection. Nor do I suspect they swarm intersections in obvious fashion in unpopulated areas for that matter.

Real surveillance hides. It restricts the “eye” which is exposed to the target to one surveillance operator, fully under a plausible cover, behaving as if totally uninterested in the target, which makes them blend in with every other normal person the target sees. Meanwhile everyone else on the surveillance team is kept out of sight and guided by radio calls made by the eye, which guides them to form a hidden bubble around the target, just outside of his sight.

Real surveillance doesn’t always leave the windows down on its cars as it drives by, because people know what that means. And I will bet if you got the IDs of the people involved here, they would appear to be just average American citizens, with regular jobs, as well as a lot of immigrants who had citizenship issues smoothed over.

Some will have even grown up doing this as children, under parents in this secret society of surveillance people. As children they were operating in schools, building files on other children for an intelligence unit of adults which is assigned to every school, specifically to assess the children and find who are likely to grow up to be problems. I have seen that too, with my own eyes, and even met one of the adults running my school’s operation when I was a kid.

And despite the conspiracy having a lot of kids like that, and tons of people in it, nobody has ever spilled the secret of the existence of this Secret Society, running strange surveillance procedures which I am sure the pros at the FBI cringe at the sight of.

Nobody talks. And note, this thing is global, and crosses national boundaries as well, according to the accounts of people who have fled overseas to escape it, only to find the local network where they land knows all about them, and continues their follow seamlessly in the new country.

This is a non-state, trans-national intelligence “agency,” and by its size the entity which funds it is the real power which runs the Western world. All of these people, in the secret society of the American Stasi, work for a foreign power of some sort, against regular Americans, and against you – and against our real Constitutional government. I think it is the same organization which is presently crashing America.

Sadly, I can say there are a lot more Americans who desire living under a shadow dictatorship of a foreign, intelligence-based criminal-conspiracy than I would ever have believed possible, if only it will drop them a few extra crumbs more than the rest of us are allowed.

Next, in Chapter Seven, we head to the wilds of Alaska, and find that the American Stasi is covering everyone, everywhere.
