Here, a great thread on Twitter by a New York Times reporter on a major legal battle which went on a couple of years ago, in which lawyers alleged the Havana Syndrome is being inflicted on the prisoners in Guantanamo Bay. Some readers report clicking the link and being told there are no results, then hitting refresh, and getting results.)
From the testimony of the prisoners, it appears CIA runs the Havana Weapon on the prisoners at all of its blacksites, and it is hitting select prisoners at Guantanamo Bay to prevent them from sleeping.
That would imply CIA Officers and State Department (Or were they CIA under State cover?) who suffered from Havana Syndrome may have been hit by a faction within the Agency which is seeking to police the Agency’s ranks, removing certain people, perhaps due to ideological alignments, or factional memberships.
It would also imply, from my own experience with the vibrations they are describing, as well as Senator Ron Johnson’s experience being hit with the Havana Weapon in the US, weeks after returning from a Russia CODEL, that faction is operating within the US domestically, and policing the political world, or using it on Americans for other reasons.
It would obviously be an extraordinarily ruthless faction.
