Shawn Ryan does an episode focused on the Havana Syndrome:
This is actually worth watching just about the whole thing, given this is the war we see being waged covertly all around us, only in a slightly more kinetic form. There is a lot to unpack here. First, some of the minor, more random points:
The story of The Thing, the case in Moscow where the Russians were microwaving the Ambassador’s residence, highlights why nobody should serve intelligence. There is an organization which allowed its own people to be exposed to radiation which would ultimately kill three ambassadors from Leukemia, and afflict a myriad of other people with various lethal blood disorders, they knew about it from the beginning, told nobody, and it ultimately accomplished nothing of any importance.
Notice AJ says when they performed the hit on him, surveillance spoted people doing “interesting things” around the site, but these were dismissed by investigators. I told you when I was hit, they had people arrayed around the house, including the drunk dog walker in the street out front, loitering in the street in front of my house, who I got the impression had some kind of measuring tech they needed live readings off of to execute the hit. Immediately after the climax hit which forced my face into the pillow, one oof the cars in the three car convoy which delivered the team behind me rolled up in front, talked with him, and he got in the car and sped off.
Here, surveillance was probably seeing people clearly performing surveillance gambits to cover their loitering in position, but they are assuming they were not actively involved in the attack. If the tech used to hit him also required these loiterers to take some kind of live readings of something at their positions, it would be strong evidence of a unique weapon, likely being wielded by the same entity hitting both me, and Bill Binney.
Also note when he says that at the sites they found levels of ionizing radiation which they could not locate the source of. I told you one of the things you will notice before the attack is everything will take on a static charge, to the point I have, back in the archives, recordings of the little “zaps” I would hear, like little stungun emissions. Here is one I posted here in 2024, where most of the discharges are small “pop” discharges which sound like small taps, but at 34 seconds in, you can hear, “pop, pop, Zap”
Ionizing radiation, also spelled ionising radiation, consists of subatomic particles or electromagnetic waves that have enough energy per individual photon or particle to ionize [charge] atoms or molecules by detaching electrons from them.
At the link where I posted the audio recording of the zaps in 2024, I wrote,
“At this point, my working theory is the most prominent Directed Energy Weapon in usage against citizens is a combination of two devices. One somehow induces nodes of electrical charge, and primes the environment. When this device is activated, you may notice everything seems to pick up a static charge, and you may hear small electrical discharges occurring as these charged nodes make contact with something into which they can deliver their charges. Once charged up, a second weapon deploys some kind of sudden, shocking pulse which as it passes over the charged node, acts like a moving electric field, and through a sudden, shocking inductance effect, pulses the charged material of the target surface in a direction, simulating an impact on the targeted surface.”
I suspect that second element is some form of heavily polarized laser/maser which is focused and skimmed off the target. The transverse electromotive force generated by its electromagnetic wave is likely what causes the charged particles to jump.
Another interesting datapoint – notice how he said due to his damage, he is waking up in the middle of the night, and his mis-wired brain has his pulse racing out of the blue while he is sleeping. So his pulse would rise to 120 suddenly while he was sleeping, waking him up, while he is unable to exercise and is out of condition. He does not feel the hot electricity because he is being hit mildly. I was hit more heavily when I was sleeping in a bed, so I felt the hot electricity definitively pulsating over my body, and when I would wake up, despite being in excellent physical condition, my pulse would be 160 beats per minute, and I would be breathing like I was doing windsprints, despite not moving at all as I slept. So he is still being hit, and his medical care is attributing these events to damage from his initial hit, and nothing more. A foreign intelligence outfit has not moved in next door to him, and begun beaming him in the US. That is that element of the CIA, operating domestically to harm an Officer it views as a threat.
Another interesting point he raises – Project Medusa was a research project exploring how to use microwaves to induce voices in the head, which was discontinued abruptly for no reason in 2008 supposedly due to the brain damage it was causing in study participants. Maybe, or maybe it did no damage but they wanted to roll it out on the populace.
But there is one massive reason to watch the interview, and it is the story which is not told.
I had the privilege of knowing very impressive men when I was younger. My first Judo instructor was so awesome he served in my mind more as a theoretical ceiling of greatness you could maybe attain in life with the greatest luck and dedication, than an example to aspire to. That club had a lot of impressive men, overflowing with warrior spirit, for a young kid to look up to as role models. My readings naturally trended towards those types as well. From reading Dick Marcinko to books listing the citations of Medal of Honor winners, I never understood who was buying the books by people like Mike Huckabee or Hillary Clinton. In my view, they were utterly worthless human beings by comparison to our warrior class.
This is part of why I had no fear facing surveillance. The people it sends on gangstalking duty are not impressive. You will not see an overwhelmingly high average IQ for their group, they do not appear highly disciplined or capable in violence, nor will the individuals strike you as the kind of people to dive on hand grenades for their buddies on principle. Just by engaging in the pathetic act of ganging up on one innocent person, often even a woman, to try and intimidate them, while still, all fearfully remaining behind the line where violence would begin, I viewed it as revenge of the fags and homos, who even with massive numerical superiority were still too afraid to do anything meaningful. An irritant by a force which would be wiped out in seconds if things ever turned hot in the nation, which I assumed they inevitably would.
I think that soaked in subconsciously, and so even though they hit me through the wall with various weapons of admittedly impressive technological sophistication, and society appears infested with their kind, I viewed their efforts as ultimately doomed to failure. In a fight for honor to the death, they did not look like the kind to come out on top.
Due to that, I think I failed to fully grasp the scale of what was going on. That hit me squarely between the eyes watching this video.
You will see Shawn and AJ couch the attacks as some foreign actor maliciously attacking CIA and Pentagon personnel, almost as if in a fit of pique over some CIA victory, or even just the awesomeness of American power.
But if you watch this video after reading this site, you will realize a lot of what you see will not make sense in that model. Why would the CIA not, as after the “foreign attack” of 9/11, not exploit this attack, especially the attacks in DC, to demand more funding, more research funds, more technologies, more powers of surveillance, more ability to operate domestically, more power over other agencies, and so forth? Why not play up how its personnel were wounded serving the country, so CIA is just as noble and patriotic as the Marine Corps? Why instead, desperately try to hide everything related to these documented attacks, and deny they ever occurred?
What you will realize watching this is, this officer was taken out by his own command, or at least elements in it. He shows the type of naivete all of us had before seeing this abomination, and appears a genuine patriot, which is why I would assume he was hit. He was a CATE kid who they missed, and who squirted out of a back corner of his high school unscathed by the domestic surveillance, heading right into the Marine Corps, where he was off and running. He was the gifted child who slipped through the cracks.
Shawn keeps saying CIA neglected its most basic duftites to its officers, and even outright screwed them over at times, to “protect a lie.”
No.
CIA was doing everything it did because this was an operation to purge patriots from its ranks. Once they hit this guy, contact was initiated, and the fight was begun, whether he knew it or not. Because of that he became an overt threat and was marked – labeled a threat, and handled the way threats are handled by intelligence. The stripped him of his money, his resources, his connections, his ability even to deal with the Agency directly.
They did all that because they were not sure whether he might put together what happened, and they wanted him as helpless as possible, in the event he figured it all out and wanted to fight. They medevacked him from the scene as quickly as possible to get him away from where it happened, so if he retained any capability he would not be able to investigate anything on his own initiative. They made him book his own ticket and pay for it to occupy his time and energy and begin draining him of resources. They denied him any benefits and made him pay for his own medical care to deprive him of any excess resources he could use operationally if he put anything together. They even had his medical records altered so as to be able to deny he ever experienced any attack in the future, and I would not be surprised if in there was some noted observations of mental delusions or illogical thought processes so they could label him as crazy in the future.
And if he was classed enough of a threat to get that treatment, you know he will have more surveillance than me. Literally, every house which bordered, or was across the street from two residences I would occupy was taken over by surveillance families. So they likely have houses on all four sides of his house now, and he is almost certainly continuing to be beamed, hence his heart rate in the middle of the night.
This was not minor institutional malfeasance to hide a lie – it is the exposed tip of a full fledged operation to completely take over the CIA, and purge everyone in it who might possibly oppose that or who could pose a threat of resistance.
This man was not alone. They did not act this boldly on one officer. If they were this bold with him, they were committed, and probably near the point of taking full control – and they were doing it to a lot of officers. In truth, I suspect they accidentally hit him a lot harder than they intended. More than likely, they intended to perform a soft kill, doing it undetected at a low power setting over many nights.
Notice also, no CIA leadership would meet with him so this conspiracy already has taken the leadership positions in the agency. Also, the ICIG is compromised, and even members of Congress who are supposed to perform oversight are too afraid to answer his simple question of whether they believe anything that comes out of the CIA. CIA is now, it would appear, likely on its way to being a foreign-controlled Secret Police force in the US which everyone with any sort of power fears.
Shawn comes close in the interview when he asks, who are they doing all of this for? They come to the conclusion it is the DeepState, and they are not wholly wrong.. But the State in Deep State is the Globalist state of elites in the world – the same people responsible for everything from the migrant crisis in Europe to October 7th, to the attacks of September 11th, to Jeffrey Epstein, to our rigged elections.
The question becomes, what was, or maybe even still is coming which necessitates they control the entire CIA, and which cannot allow for any non-compromised agents in its ranks? How many other agencies have they already taken full control over?
I have long looked at the surveillance, and thought them weird, and not-American. But I never fully realized the extent to which they are a foreign army occupying US soil until I saw this one case in a nation-state-sized operation to take over the CIA and purge it of all American patriots. That is their command running that operation. It is an ambitious plan, and my guess is you are not even looking at the half of what was coming for this country, and which they appear to still be trying to pull off.
I would feel better if right after taking power from Biden, Trump were to have opened the books on this, and explained what was going on, but I suppose it is part of the grander war, and hopefully in time that will come.
For now, tell everyone about the surveillance and the Beam. School those who would resist on what exactly they will face, and how they will have to avoid it. Your very life may still depend on it.
