American Stasi Vehicular Surveillance Creating Traffic Jams On Instagram

We noted in the book that the American Stasi will cause traffic jams on a regular daily basis on the highways of the country. In cases like this following example video on Twitter, it is done more generally on a regular daily basis, by regular roving surveillance patrols assigned to the highways, to waste the time of all citizens in a more general fashion.

Such procedures serve to keep regular Americans on their daily treadmill, unable to begin side-hustles which might one day allow them to challenge their betters in society – the conspiracy members which were awarded higher positions in society by their handlers in the American Stasi, due to their fealty to the conspiracy, and their controllability through blackmail:

Notice, surveillance vehicles are documented as having their individual headlights linked to switches under the dashboard, which allow one headlight or the other to be shut off.

This has two functions. It allows a surveillance vehicle behind a target to change what is called its “silhouette” – the perception a target has of a vehicle’s unique characteristics.

If you are a paranoid target, and notice you are being followed by a gray Ford Taurus in the beginning of the day, and it has one headlight out, and as part of your surveillance-detection procedures, an hour later later you see a gray Ford Taurus behind you, but both headlights work, you will assume those are two different cars, and you will be more likely to dismiss the likelihood you are being followed. However you may be being followed, and the surveillance operator merely followed a standard team procedure to present a silhouette to you with one headlight out at the beginning of a follow, and to present neither light out, or the other light out, later in the follow.

In addition, FBI mobile surveillance teams are documented as having backup communication procedures, which make use of the ability to kill one headlight or the other as a means of visual communication between vehicles, during follows which are run while radio-dark. Those are follows where they fear a wary target may be running spectrum analysis, scanning the frequency spectrum for radio signals indicative of communications between members of a nearby surveillance team, before embarking on “operational activities” the surveillance team wants to document. In such cases, radio communications cannot be used since the purpose of the surveillance is to document those operational activities, and they need the target feeling comfortable enough to engage in them.

In the above video, the vehicle is likely running with one headlight out as a means of attempting to signal to local law enforcement it is an active, operational surveillance asset, on official business, and should not be interfered with. The Police car which pulled it over either did not notice the headlight out from the angle at which it saw the vehicle, or it was an officer unaware of the procedures of the American Stasi.

As a long time target, were I that Officer, I would have immediately recognized that as a signal it is an operational vehicular asset of a surveillance team, and though I would have known exactly what was going on in terms of slowing traffic, I might have been confused as to whether that car was a part of an official FBI Mobile Surveillance Team (MST) on official law enforcement business, or if it was a part of the more criminal and shadowy American Stasi operating for its own ends.

Traffic jams can be created in more targeted form however, as a means of slowing specific targets down to waste their lives more aggressively, usually to prevent them from starting side hustles which might allow them to become free in life, and maybe accumulate the resources to one day seek political office, or otherwise gain the power to perhaps pose a threat to the existence of the Stasi in America.

I myself have been caught in a traffic jam which I realized was being engineered by my following team. As a means of protest, I immediately pulled to the side of the highway as far as possible from any exits or on-ramps, and lacking any sightlines to places like parking  lots or bridges, where a static position could be established, and I just sat there.

What this does is immediately begin increasing the number  of cars required in your follow to keep eyes on you. Until that point, as I drove on the highway, my follow only required five or six cars at most, interspersed in the traffic around me to maintain visual contact and control of me, and maybe five or six more ahead of me to cause the buildup of traffic.

While ten to twelve cars may sound like a lot, remember in New York City alone, Operation Tips, which was funded and went live, had recruited and operationalized a documented 340,000 people in the early years of the new millennium, for just this purpose. That is 340,000 people in that city who had volunteered to perform spying operations on their fellow citizens just like the old East German Stasi performed, and they were hired, assigned under a command structure which was built, and they were put to work by bosses, doing this type of work.

And that was just its pilot program phase, where the domestic intelligence community dipped its toe in the water to test out the feasibility of recreating a Stasi-like domestic secret police force. At maturity, it was expected the program would have grown much larger and been fully nationalized, which as you can see on this website, it apparently is today, no matter what they tell you.

And as a national program which was determining its manpower levels based upon the size of the populations to be monitored, the American Stasi would exhibit similar manpower levels in every locality in the nation, on a per-capita basis.

So central control finding twelve civilian volunteer operators, willing to participate in my follow is not difficult for the operation, and it in fact, maintains many more followers than that at all times, just as roving undercover surveillance patrols on the highways, looking for anything interesting to draw central control’s eyes toward and awaiting orders from central control to pursue more specific targets.

So while I am driving, I only require ten to twelve cars to surround me, and maintain visual contact as we roll. However once I pull over, surveillance procedures require those cars continue on to avoid creating a violation of the principle of TEDD, the fundamental means of surveillance detection (The principle of TEDD involves noticing the same vehicles or people under widely varying conditions Time, Environment, and Distance, under which you would not expect to see the same people or vehicles repeatedly. The last “D” involves people exhibiting unusual Demeanor. So a surveillance follower who you see at a meeting of the local Republican Party in your neighborhood, as well as at a rally for the Democratic National Committee, on your vacation to Washington, DC, a few days later, and who is acting strangely, as if shocked you noticed him, would be violating the principles of TEDD).

So the principles of TEDD would dictate that if you stop on the highway, and they cannot establish a static position watching you, like in a parking lot with a sightline to your position, you cannot have the same car drive past you multiple times on your dashcam, without compromising the surveillance operation overtly. So your following team cannot just hop exits and keep looping around. It would expose the operation, maybe even to a lawsuit, and violate procedures.

Once you stop by the side of the highway, surveillance now has to begin calling up other vehicles and sending them toward your position, to keep cars continually driving by you and maintaining visual contact.

In order to maintain a constant stream of new vehicles and maintain constant visual contact, this means immediately beginning to move cars in your vicinity toward your position on the highway, to begin the stream of passing cars, but is also means beginning cars more distant to you moving to your position as well, so that after those initial nearby cars pass you, other cars will then be nearby to continue the process. They probably even call up assets who are not on the road, and tell them to get ready too, because not knowing how long you intend to sit there, once the farther cars arrive at your position and pass by you, then they are exhausted, and control will need still more cars to be ready at your position then, prepared to drive by. All of those assets need to be gotten moving at the same time, within a minute of your stopping.

Some of the cars moved, may need to be drawn from cars being used in the follows of other targeted individuals, and now those cars need to be replaced with still other cars from other missions, and those new cars will be joining teams they may not regularly operate with, following targets whose quirks and behaviors they are not familiar with.

Once you stop on the side of the highway, what had been a static number of ten to twelve cars required for your follow rapidly begins to rise. In addition, the immediate need to call up vehicles near and far, some actively involved in one operation which will have to switch to another,  as well as probably even people in bed, who need to wake up and begin getting up and getting operational just on the off chance that an hour later, you are still sitting there, it will all disrupt a smoothly functioning machine made up of roving vehicular surveillance coverage, as well as other surveillance missions, all around you.

It triggers a massive game of surveillance-musical-chairs, which must now rearrange all vehicular assignments throughout the region on the fly instantaneously, to accommodate your mission, as well as maintain the web of coverage the Secret Police try to maintain all over at all times, and maintain the follows of other targeted individuals throughout the region. For them it is an immense headache, which you can create immediately for as little as a five minute investment of your time, which was going to be wasted in traffic anyway.

I sat by the side of the road for about five minutes, and within the first couple of minutes, what had been bumper to bumper gridlock immediately opened up to freely flowing sparse traffic, and once I began driving, the remainder of my trip was driven at a steady 75 mph, as central control did not want to have to play that game again.

If you check his page on Instagram, he has a ton of those videos, all featuring a car which brakes just as another car is in the lane next to him, making passing impossible, and the car which pulls into his lane in front of him, just as he gets an opening which would otherwise have let him zoom ahead.

The poster, unable to imagine a sectorized national surveillance operation, with a unit in  his neighborhood watching him specifically, assumes this must just be a government unit dedicated to creating traffic more generally.

The reality is what you see above is an operation targeted to him specifically. The creation of traffic more generally, which does occur, will appear more as the first video. It will be one or two cars, maybe three, working to slow down the entire highway.

To that end, they will be less concerned with individual cars squirting by them and escaping, and more focused on creating a column of cars slowed down behind them.

In the video he posts, however, you will notice several times where a lane will open up and he will jump into it, only to have a car ahead shift into it before he can get ahead, and then it will die, as another car comes up along side him, boxing him in. That is clearly targeted to him, and there are more cars than just two or three, and they are arrayed over a length of the highway ahead of him.

Something happened with his local neighborhood surveillance cell. It is tough to tell what, as the trigger for getting this treatment can vary, from him cutting one of the surveillance commanders off in traffic absentmindedly, and angering the commander, to him starting a small home-based business, which his local surveillance cell thinks will be successful if he is not slowed down like this, to just him being an extraordinary individual, who the operation fears might be highly successful, were he left unmolested.

Clearly the video above shows he is an individual with purpose, who hates wasting time, who exhibits above-average observational skills, and who has the enablement to take video of what he is seeing, edit it to highlight the significant parts effectively, and present it to the world on a dedicated Instagram channel.

Whatever the cause, his local surveillance cell has flagged him for this suppressive treatment, and now whenever he goes out, central control will be flooding vehicles to him to slow him down and waste his time and life.

Should he ever make the connection, and realize this is targeted to him specifically, the foot-operators and street theater common to more obvious gangstalking/Zersetzung procedures will begin showing up, and his local cell will try to harass him to drive him crazy and stress him out 24/7, to reduce his credibility, as well as reduce the increased threat he will then present, as someone aware of the surveillance in this nation.

Although the vehicular harassment above seems minor, if every day they can add 30 minutes to his commute each way, that is an hour a day wasted. And you do not have that many free hours in a day, once you subtract work and sleep, and eating, and showering, and all the chores around the house. For somebody trying to start a small business, that hour a day can be the difference between it getting off the ground, and it failing.

If in addition, when he gets home, they are adding The Beam, and the second he walks through the door his through-wall microwave eavesdropping and microwave imaging device is turned up on high, and he feels tired and cannot think clearly, you can see how surveillance could maintain complete control over not just the federal government, and not just state and local government, not just Hollywood, and the News Media, but even the local small business environment. When it is revealed, the first thing which should strike you is how much control this conspiracy can wield, with its operations sectorized to the degree they are and its assets disbursed evenly through society as part of a conscious, planned strategy, and granular to the point they can identify individual standouts in a neighborhood, even at grade-school age, and assign multiple individuals to suppress them, even utilizing other children in their school, as we show in video on the first page of this site.

And you can see other people, just in the comments of that Instagram post, who note this exact same thing is happening to them in traffic. The American Stasi is everywhere, sectorized and granular.

What you have to realize is, every neighborhood has a neighborhood cell, based in a house in the neighborhood, watching everyone in their sector. They listen in their neighbor’s houses, and read their emails, and watch what they look at on the internet, and listen to their phone calls, and monitor anything which travels over a wire or in the air using backdoors all technology has installed in it by our Intelligence Community. It is just like the old East German Stasi, which it appears to be modelled on, only it is vastly more technologically sophisticated.

And every cell is identifying the potential standouts in their sector, and assigning suppressive coverage like this to them, to make sure they can never rise in society and threaten the criminal conspiracy’s control. It is entirely criminal and unAmerican, but as you can see, there is no risk to it, since even the Americans subjected to it cannot imagine such a thing could exist, or that they might be targeted personally. Even a bunch of them aggregating in the comments of an Instagram post about what they are all seeing, are not able to fully grasp what they are all looking at together. Given the tropes they were raised on about American freedom, patriotism, loyalty to citizens, and our Constitutional rights, they cannot even entertain such a thing might be possible in America, even when experiencing it themselves. Here, on this site, I show you video after video, and account after account, by credible people like Bill Binney, and still even you have difficulty believing it. Surveillance is actually protected from exposure by the extent of how horrific what they are doing is.

I suspect, before all is said and done, we will find America was not actually a capitalist country with a free, limited government, but rather was a shadow-fascist/totalitarian dictatorship in which a hidden oligarchy of lower IQs in the conspiracy ran what was in essence a shadow-fascist economic model run by the oligarchy, that predicated its entire success on a relentless campaign by its covert surveillance wing to actively identify and suppress anyone of ability and determination who might otherwise succeed.

In truth, given how we have a new video every day here, often drawn from some national news story the conspiracy generated, I am amazed they have been able to hide all of this, this long – even as I am incredibly disappointed to find how many of my supposed countrymen were never giving more than lip-service to the most-noble foundational principles which were supposed to be guiding our free, Constitutional republic, as one nation, under God.

At this point, I would only say, bring forth the coming war, and lets settle who runs the country, one way or another.

    If you stop on foot, it triggers a similar algorithmic game of musical bicycles, dog walkers, scooters, empty uber vehicles, pedestrians glaring at phones and “homeless” wanderers.
