Here is where your operational training will begin. I have offered this same material on a website for years, and I have lost count of how many people took this course, and came back to me shocked, as they suddenly realized their entire town was rife with a massive domestic surveillance operation, which in some cases had been tracking them, presumably for visiting my website.
If we do this right, you will begin intrigued by the strange things you will see in Russia, it will hold your interest, and as time goes on you will learn what you should expect to see when surveillance is operative around you.
Once you are programmed this way, to see the surveillance on Google Streetview, you will notice it when you encounter it in real life, roving around town looking for anything interesting, or even following you. It is everywhere in the US, and you have already been followed numerous times in the course of your life, just as part of the normal monitoring the local neighborhood units will give everyone for a few days every year or two.
This is high level training, and even our best government operatives do not get trained in this way. The American Stasi sees to it even our elite CIA and Special Operations personnel are never trained in ways which would allow them to operate against it.
I think the best example of this can be found in the story of Thomas Mixon. When legendary Navy SEAL commander Richard Marcinko came to the end of his tenure as the commander of the most elite SEAL Team, SEAL Team Six, which he founded, he ended up transferred out from under the Navy and directly attached to the Department of Defense, where he was tasked with forming an even more elite and more secretive covert operations unit, which he called Red Cell.
Attached directly below the Secretary of Defense and outside of the military’s normal chain of command, Marcinko was told to handpick the absolute best Special Operations personnel for this new unit, which was to be the most elite in the United States, and which would handle the most secretive black operations.
He proceeded to choose roughly 40 of the best Navy SEALs from Team Six, as well as a few other operators from other areas of the government, including some Marine snipers, and even a CIA operative he had become acquainted with in the course of his work. Once in Red Cell, their jobs were two-fold. By day, they played the role of a “red team” for training operations – a unit which would simulate terrorist attacks on US facilities, so security forces could see how best to defend against them.
In that role, they took the most extensive training in every field, from stunt driving, to intelligence operations, to helicopter piloting, to rock climbing. His black budget for training was reportedly almost limitless. His operators could do everything from surgery in a battlefield environment to flying and landing a 747 jumbo jet. They then took those skills and practiced elite, tier-one level assaults on hardened US government installations, simulating everything from attacks on embassies to assassinations of government officials. They even famously parked a pallet of simulated explosives on a forklift next to Air Force One in one training operation.
These training operations were then to be used by the facilities he attacked, to harden their own security, and close up any security holes. In the meantime, Marcinko’s unit became the most proficient in the country, and maybe the world, at hard-target assaults. Reportedly, in between official duties, they were employed to do everything from wiping out terrorist training camps, to breaking into foreign facilities to steal intelligence.
You get the picture. Under that facade, Marcinko’s team was the very tip of the Tier-One black operations spear. They were the best of the best, schooled in everything needed to operate against a fully funded first-world government, organized so nobody provided them with oversight, and whatever they were doing could be hidden and denied, with nobody the wiser.
Marcinko even modeled the team’s structure to mimic the highly adaptive, agile, and mobile aspects of a terrorist cell, so it could deploy on a moment’s notice and attack anywhere, absent the bureaucracy and red tape of the regular military.
But oddly his team was never schooled on the domestic Stasi-like surveillance network, made up of regular citizens, which it seems is run in most Western governments.
His operatives, the baddest of the bad in the world, were helpless when pitted against the overweight geriatrics, chubby soccer moms, tattooed, pot-smoking hippies, and degenerate voyeurs of the American Stasi’s civilian informant network.
How do we know they were never trained to operate against it? One of Marcinko’s most elite operators was a SEAL named Thomas Mixon. Handpicked out of SEAL Team Six, as a member of Red Cell, this man was a machine, schooled in everything needed to operate kinetically in a hostile environment, against the best security that the most elite governments had to offer.
He left the SEALs, heading to civilian life, where he began a business as a personal trainer. You would think, if personal training were a meritocracy, he would have been the richest and most successful. Not many can say they have survived SEAL training, and taken their own body to such a height of fitness they are judged not just superior to normal SEALs, and selected for Team Six, but then judged more capable than the SEALs of Team Six, and hand picked for an even more elite unit. However he never made it into the upper echelons of personal training and fitness, and began to fail financially.
For reasons known only to himself, as he spiraled financially, he appears to have decided that he would put his unique skillset to use robbing banks. Following a short spree of robberies, the man trained to detect and evade normal government surveillance of the most hardened, sensitive facilities, was taken down almost immediately in a sting which timed its approach to him just as he exited his house to go to his truck, without any firearm on him. His neighborhood Stasi unit was even watching him in his house, to time their approach of him and make sure he was not armed.
An above-tier-one Special Operations operator did not know there is a Stasi-like operation, embedded in American society, watching everyone, all the time, made up of regular civilians who look entirely normal, and often, pathetic, even. He had no idea as a former above-Tier-One operator, he would have been given his own full time surveillance, tasked from his local population’s ever-present coverage, and that the moment be began robbing banks, they would have identified him and tracked him.
And I have seen that elsewhere. There is a video of a CIA surveillance training tape you can find online, which had been given to the most elite intelligence officers in America as part of their training. It showed them how to perform the traditional “three-car follow” of a surveillance target.
Yet as they were attempting to execute that “three-car follow” technique in the video, using only six people in three cars, all around them the domestic Stasi of their host nation, which will also be present throughout Europe, was tracking them, with posted surveillance that looked just like regular people on street corners and at intersections, calling their path of travel over the radio, all as they passed by, oblivious.
As you develop to see the surveillance, understand just how elite a body of knowledge you are being imbued with. As the most elite operators in the world strut around, playing James Bond, they seem wholly oblivious to the fact this thing surrounds them, and is entirely on top of them. Whether mafiosos, heading out to “whack” a rival, bank robbery crews about to knock over an armored car, cat burglars stealing high-priced art, or FBI surveillance tracking a terrorist, none of them seem to have any idea this thing is all around them at all times, running circles around their operations.
So how do we intend to impart this knowledge to you? These lessons are premised on the fact the Google Car, which drives around taking 360 degree photos of streets for Google Streetview, is actually under surveillance itself.
We will first show this in Russia, since Russia is obviously hostile to the West, and would be suspicious of the car. However we will then show that as you move through nations, into the Western political sphere, the surveillance you saw, first in Russia, and then Bulgaria, actually becomes more intense in the Western nations.
All along the way in these lessons, we will include links in the endnotes so you can go online, to the Google image we show here in the book, and retrace our steps, and see everything the Google car saw, as it happened.
It is very clever, as it essentially puts you behind the eyes of someone who is a target of this domestic surveillance machine. Even the most hardened skeptic will be impressed.
Let us begin, as we take a trip to Russia in our next chapter.
