After seeing US Domestic Surveillance overtly following me for the last decade and a half, I am pretty sure what you are seeing in this video is a targeted individual reaching a breaking point, and snapping, before he stabs a woman he believed was part of his surveillance, to death.
There are a lot of little things in that video which a Targeted Individual is going to key in on. First, she has a ballcap pulled down to make herself less recognizable. This was a pretty glamourous girl, who actually took glamour photographs and posted them online, so she was not one to normally hide her prettiness:
Her Instagram is filled with pictures like that, and shows when she would go out she normally would dress much more flamboyantly.
When she enters the car, she immediately is looking at the target as she walks through the door, and moves right to the seat in front of him. He would have seen the doors open, looked up, and a woman enters looking right at him, while moving decisively to the seat in front of him.
That can be innocent, but if you are seeing it constantly, targets get conditioned to assume it is surveillance, especially when the girl is buried in her cellphone in between looks (seemingly how surveillance is often issued commands from control, and something strange when you are normal, and tend to put your phone away while moving).
In addition she has a ballcap pulled down over her face, and non-descript clothing, and she has what I would term a business-like manner, which gives her an overall air which I would immediately peg as surveillance. As she sits, she feels more like a secretary at work.
There is something which turns off in normal people when they are travelling between destinations, or even just relaxing. It can even manifest as hypnotic states, where they make decisions and perform actions almost autonomously as they retreat into their thoughts, and as a result they will have no specific recollections of their trip, even when driving.
She does not look like that. She looks like that train car was her destination, and she is now doing what she came to do. It is difficult to explain, but this development of a sense of when people are turned on and in the moment acting decisively, and when they are turned off and just passing by autonomously on the way to their destination and what they intend to do, is what spies talk about as surveillance-awareness.
She also has at least one earbud in, which can be to listen to music, but it is also commonly seen in surveillance as it is another means to monitor team communications, and receive orders. Also strange is in every shot early on, where you can see the screen of her phone, it is black, even where she is seemingly scrolling:
It is as if she is feigning the use of her phone as a cover activity, while conducting surveillance. It is possible her phone battery was running low in the course of the day, and she wants to save it, yet she still wants to appear engaged in something other than surveillance.
To me, this is the face of a guy who has been under a lot of stress, and finally decides in this moment he has had enough, and cannot take anymore:

Video released by CATS on Friday shows 23 year old Ukrainian Iryna Zarutska walk on a NC train and sit down in front of her accused killer, Decarlos Brown, on August 22nd, only to have him open a pocket knife and begin the attack which would kill her.
She was a foreign citizen, brought to this country. You see foreigners often among your surveillance, where I assume her citizenship status would be smoothed over for her by our intelligence community. I would assume she was first recruited as a surveillance asset of this greater, global intelligence operation when she was in Ukraine, and command brought her to the US to run her against American citizens, as I suspect she is doing in the video.
Taking a position in front of a target during a follow, whether it is done while walking through a mall, or driving in a vehicle, or sitting on a train, is called taking a “cheating command” position. The Cheating Command position is preferred to taking up a position behind a target, because it is assumed a target will instinctually look for people following them in positions behind them, but they will assume anyone in front of them is going somewhere unrelated to them. She still has a sightline to the door, and he is not exiting without her being able to see it and call it to the team.
Just looking at the gentleman’s face prior to the attack, I would assume this guy was getting pushed, and pushed, and pushed, and he finally saw what he thought was another follower intruding on his life, and snapped. In addition, you never know the full scope of a target’s experience, as today it is common for them to be hit at home with thru-wall energy weapons, as NSA legend Bill Binney, played by Nick Cage in the movie Snowden, details here.
Other unique aspects you will note are in this video of the attack, she pushes her glasses up to look to her phone when she first sites down:
However later she takes them off and hangs them around her neck while looking at her phone:
I have not known many pretty girls who wear glasses which they do not need to wear. I have seen girls who needed glasses go without them, and function while almost blind, simply to appear prettier. I almost wonder if those are fake glasses, a common element of a surveillance “costume kit” used to change a surveillance operative’s appearance throughout a follow so they will appear as different people to the target if they are noticed, and not the same person following them around.
Also, as the stabber moves to the opposite end of the train, where people ostensibly would have no idea what was going on since the middle of the train appears entirely unaware, there is what appears as a posted surveillance operative, with one earbud in one ear to receive orders, who knows not to let the stabber be behind him, or have access to his back, in this series of shots:
At the end, you will note the hand to the mouth, a common tactic to hide mouth movement when communicating through a mic taped to the chest by whispering:
Based on previous instances where I have been able to read the lips of people making such communications about me in my travels, the communication will be abbreviated, something along the lines of “exit-ready” or “rear door.”
You will remember we saw this on the surveillance posted outside murder victim Irah Sok’s business in the chapter of American Stasi devoted to that case. As the Google car passed, this individual made this motion:
We also saw the movement in the individuals who looked like surveillance being run on the victims of the Moscow, Idaho college murders the night they were killed:
These things happen more than you think. I have already devoted an entire post to how surveillance is getting people killed left and right, for new readers which had not seen the other videos of incidents like this.
It is important to note, even if you are not a harassment target, this is going on around you. There are basically two mathematical graphs which are relevant to what will happen, namely the amount of harassment applied to the target, and the target’s tolerance of harassment before snapping.
From the moment American surveillance harassment (also called gangstalking) begins, the brain begins to adapt to function under it.
When it first starts, and you never thought it possible, you did not expect it, and you have no experience with it, the brain’s response is to explode with stress. You are surrounded by hostile actors who should not even know who you are, you have no experience with this, and as a result, your tolerance will be very low.
This is when surveillance will try to break people with shock and awe campaigns, bringing out as many operatives as possible to pile on as much stress as possible. They may even begin using thru-wall radiant weapons, as I have seen firsthand, to enhance the stress response.
Here on Twitter, one victim of US Domestic Surveillance harassment shows people what the “Impact Weapon,” also referred to as the Havana Syndrome Weapon looks like, as it is applied to him, and he catches the impacts on aluminum foil:
Admittedly he looks ridiculous in the aluminum foil. But understand that is a man in America being hit by directed energy weapons in his home, and there is no place he can go in his home to escape it, since it is designed to pass through his walls, and the targeting system can find him anywhere in his house. I have seen that weapon used in my house firsthand, and recorded the impacts both in audio, and with a thermal camera, which captured the heat signature of the beam that delivers them, here.
All he can do is try to put some metal between him and the weapon to blunt the impacts. If you experience it, you will become extremely understanding of his plight, and enraged at the US government for allowing such a thing to be done to innocent American citizens at the whim of his local surveillance operators, absent any judicial ruling or official government adjudication.
When they launch the shock and awe campaign against a target, the graph of harassment applied will spike to ridiculously high levels, as surveillance seeks to rise above a target’s tolerance, to provoke a snap, as seen in this video.
As time goes on, the brain of a target will begin to adapt to the stress, and the graph of tolerance curves upward, so as a result it takes more and more stress to break you. If the shock and awe campaign has failed to provoke the target to violence, at this point targeting becomes more or less routine.
Then the operation begins to give up on the shock and awe, and everything settles into a routine where surveillance harasses you as a matter of procedure to remind you they are there, but everything is more or less a common day to day process which seeks simply to drain your enjoyment of life and your motivation.
I highlight these cases to readers, because it is important for everyone to remember that all throughout American society will be new targets, just being exposed to shock and awe campaigns designed to break them by a professional covert domestic intelligence operation in America which specializes in doing this to people, and which has nearly unlimited resources, advanced technology, and tons of experience and accumulated knowledge. At last count, the gangstalking sub on Reddit had over 40,000 people subscribed, who claimed to be victims of this operation, and a cursory examination by the New York Times found 10,000 subscribers to another forum claiming they were victims. This type of thing is not as uncommon as regular Americans would think.
When these targeted individuals pop, there is no guarantee they will focus their actions on the surveillance people. I have no doubt lots of innocent Americans have suddenly found themselves being attacked under conditions like the above, by targets pushed past their breaking points, who suddenly decided to lash out, but accidentally focused their rage on an innocent American they mistook for one of their harassers.
Be aware it is out there, and it is a far more dangerous period in American history than most people would think. Until such time as Americans come to realize the accusations of “gangstalking” are exactly what was seen in East Germany, where they betrayed the existence of the East German Stasi, and that here they betray the existence of a covert American Stasi, and Americans force the government to identify and eliminate the responsible agency and parties, this will continue to be a real risk.
Unfortunately the media will not want to discuss it, as anything which begins to touch on domestic surveillance is a verboten topic, due to the fact the media is aware discussing it will upset the entirely corrupt US Intelligence Community.
Until we rid ourselves of the domestic surveillance menace in America, no American will truly be safe.
UPDATE – The stabber is in custody, and strangely for a case under investigation, appears to be allowed by authorities to be giving interviews. He maintains he is the subject of some sort of government behavior control experiments along the lines of the old MK Ultra experiments by CIA, and he was somehow forcibly implanted with some sort of brain chip, which can alter his behavior, during a period when he spent a year in jail.
He says he was on his way to the hospital at the time of the attack to ask them to remove the implanted device. Indeed, his last Police interaction appears to have been centered around a similar complaint of having been experimented on and implanted with some device which was altering his behavior outside of his control. Police informed him it was beyond their ability to deal with it, and closed out the call. He called 911 again, and was arrested for pestering authorities.
He believed the girl was part of the conspiracy against him, and was reading his mind at the time of the attack, though he does not say what led him to believe that:
Accused killer Decarlos Brown Jr. told his family he stabbed Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska to death on board a train in Charlotte, North Carolina, because he believed she was reading his mind, his sister has claimed — as his chilling words from jail are revealed.
It is tough to tell what happened in a case like this, and tougher for me to postulate possibilities to you, as I have now spent decades of my life running up against American intelligence, which is unlike anything else in America.
As the old MK Ultra experiments of the CIA showed, elements of American intelligence appear to have dreams of a nation where they perform some procedure on Americans, and turn them all into mind-controlled slaves, which can be used and abused by their intelligence masters at their whim.
Even stranger, every night, I am assaulted with the impact weapon above, as are family members and family friends who are targeted, all because I hold loyalty with the Constitution I was raised with, hold loyalty with my fellow Americans, and think maybe this country would be better off as a free Republic than as a shadow dictatorship run by our intelligence-service masters.
Having seen these people, and knowing what they have built, and what they have done, the idea they would do medical experiments on prisoners is not at all impossible. Indeed, the government has a long history of experimenting on civilians, and especially prisoners, in the old MK Ultra experiments. Even famous criminals, like infamous gangster Whitey Bulger were experimented upon by the CIA’s MK Ultra doctors while incarcerated. Whitey spent an extended period being dosed with mind-control drugs in his food, and swore he would one day he would find the doctor responsible and kill him. Instead, on exiting prison he linked up with a domestic spook from the FBI, and together they exerted considerable control over the civilian society and the criminal underworld in the Boston area.
And we do not know the true level of technological advancement which exists at the highest levels of our government. NSA legend Bill Binney has said in an interview he, and his Oxford-trained PhD physicist wife, beleive the impact weapon you see above uses some kind of new classified physics beyond mere electromagnetic wave theory. In addition, Joe Biden’s White House has said entire fields of basic physics have been classified and disappeared from basic science, due to their use in “national security.”
We know Elon Musk is now implanting humans with brain chips designed to integrate them with a computer. It is not impossible the successor to the old MK Ultra experiments is experimenting on prisoners with a more advanced version of that technology, designed to affect their cognition.
What makes it difficult is, if they were conducting such experiments, they would likely choose marginalized individuals, with mild cognitive impairments which would make it difficult to believe their accounts of such experiments. It is much easier to believe this individual is mentally ill, than to believe he might have been experimented on.
I will say, having dealt with the ground surveillance, one trick they like to use is to try and lead you to believe that they know things they could not possibly know. Strangers behind you will rehash conversation you had in the privacy of your house to spouses, as you stand on a checkout line at the supermarket. People will converse with each other while next to you on the bus about private things in your life. And sometimes you will catch them trying to extrapolate what you are thinking, and present it to you, if they think they can convince you they can read your mind.
In the book “1996″ award winning author Gloria Naylor recounts events from her surveillance harassment which led her to believe her surveillance was reading her mind.
They can present these head games in plausibly deniable ways. If you watch this video, you will notice the girl begins by typing something into her phone while holding it low in her lap:
When she finishes typing, she holds the phone up as she looks away, as if making the screen visible to him:
The phone is even slightly angled towards him, as if to allow him to read it better:
And he is looking right at it.
It would not surprise me she typed some phrase they knew from previous surveillance he used, like, “Stalkeratzi hasslin me again!” This may even have been a schtick they developed, after noticing he would try to read the screens of followers he made.
He, suffering from some mild cognitive impairment, and already of the belief they can read his mind, would jump to the obvious conclusion this girl he had never met before had read his mind, and it must be the device he believed they implanted.
In reality, the voice in her earpiece, the case-handler who dealt with him repeatedly over the last several years, and who knew all the quirks of his psychology and beliefs, had simply told her what to write on her cellphone’s notepad program a phrase he had mentioned to someone he always thought when he saw a stalker following him, and then they had told her to let him see it over her shoulder.
I am sure to anyone sane reading this, it sounds insane. However I have dealt with this for decades, and had several occasions where surveillance presented things like this to me, in this fashion, which, in my case, were intended to show me they were listening inside my house, even at the latest hours of the night. On a few occasions they presented things to me they clearly had assumed I was thinking, but they were mistaken. However I could see where they had picked the idea up elsewhere, and how they were trying to make me think they were in my head.
And while it sounds ridiculous a domestic surveillance team would go to such lengths, to the team, it is just common sense, as now, if this gentleman revealed any of this to anyone, his story would be so incredible as to be unbelievable to most. It is for that specific reason, these teams will do things which sound impossible and ridiculous. It actually adds a layer of operational security, protecting the secrecy of their operation behind a cloak of unbelievability. I am sure it is standard procedure.
Unfortunately it works. The story he tells will sound implausible to the masses, although I would say the presence of surveillance makes me think something was up with his case, and they were up to something with him. It would not surprise me if somebody may be experimenting on the mentally ill population, and then gangstalking them in a ridiculous fashion, so in the event they complain, their complaints are not deemed cogent enough to be taken seriously. Or he might be off mentally, and while they did not implant him with anything, they have been able to gaslight him into thinking they did.
Notice how, as the public began to focus on this case, there was a sudden Astroturfed support for white nationalism, and pressing of the racial angle in the attack by commentators who previously would denounce any racialism. It does make it feel as if they are fueling the racial angle to distract from something else here.
On top of that, this event was immediately followed by the assassination of conservative icon Charlie Kirk, an event which was allowed to wipe this event entirely off the radar of the population.
I would say if whatever they are hiding is big enough they would stop portraying whites as the enemy of civil society, and they would begin telling whites they need to defend themselves and their race, to foment racism among whites, they must be hiding something rather large.
There have been other, similar allegations of experimentation on the homeless populations, prominent among them, David DePape, the man who attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, had disappeared without warning from the little commune-like community he lived in, prior to the attacks, for an entire year, and when he returned, residents said he was an entirely different person psychologically, and showed signs of mental illness. Nobody ever knew where he disappeared to, and it is not clear he did either.
The shooter of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, Luigi Mangione went missing prior to his shooting, another event we featured here, due to the obvious presence of surveillance closing off the ambush site, and documenting the hit.
Prior to that, someone who operated a homeless services charity in Seattle, if I recall correctly said he was noticing homeless people disappearing for a few months at a time, and when they returned, they did not know where they had been, and they were noticeably mentally ill. He suspected someone may have been experimenting on them in some way.
But unless more information comes out, I am afraid as of now it would appear that the stabber will not prove a competent enough witness to explain exactly what was going on around him, what exactly led him to believe he was being experimented on, and why he appeared to have some sort of surveillance-escort to the hospital.
